Hilda is an eleven-year-old blue-haired girl who spent her entire life in the wilderness with her mother and deerfox Twig.
Overview[]
She later moved to the city of Trolberg where she discovered that the town was not all that it seemed, though this excited her greatly given that she was always up for adventure and thrills. She later joins Mystery Kids UK after discovering a portal that leads to and from Trolberg and Twycross.
Appearance[]
She sports blue hair, making her stand out from everyone else. Her typical outfit, which she wears both indoors and outdoors, consists of a black beret; a yellow scarf; a red sweater with yellow cuffs; a blue skirt, which is the same shade of blue as her hair; black leggings and red rain shoes. She has a Caucasian complexion, like her mother.
Personality[]
Hilda is very adventurous, for she would always explore the vast woodlands outside of her home whenever she would have the opportunity to do so. She is a thrill-seeker as well which makes her very brave and courageous, as she has encountered and confronted all manners of supernatural beasts and entities that either lurk about in the forest outside of her home or within the town of Trolberg itself.
Due to living in the wilderness with her mother for so long, Hilda has a rather difficult time socializing with people as she feels more comfortable being around and communicating with the supernatural creatures rather than humans. It did not, however, take long for her to gain several friends during her time in Trolberg, most notably Frida and David. Hilda is also slightly oblivious at times, as she does not seem to realize that most people find her strange or annoying. She can also be quite mischievous as she has managed to cleverly defeat several supernatural entities with nothing but her wits playing in on their way of thinking.
Nevertheless, Hilda is a girl of principle as she is not the sort of person to discriminate against people based on their heritage or beliefs. She is extremely kind, courteous, and very generous, always willing to help out any person or creature in need; although this makes her rather stubborn at times. She is also rather intelligent, due to living in the wilderness and being surrounded by all manners of mythical beasts, she attained extensive knowledge of these creatures and the lore that surrounds them. Coupled with being a child, this makes her incredibly inquisitive, always wanting to learn more about the mythical world that hides in plain sight.
