Mystery Kids Italy is a subgroup of Mystery Kids that are stationed in Rome, Italy.
Origins[]
When the core team was assigned to different parts of the world to establish subgroups, Neil agreed to visit Italy. There was just one problem: nobody living there was interested enough to join. Neil was forced to call reserve members, particularly Lydia, to form the group instead. In case anyone got homesick, portal devices that Stanford made would allow them to return home when they needed to. When the group arrived, a mysterious group of criminals were causing a ruckus in the center of town. The odd criminals, almost all of whom dressed as cooks, introduced themselves as the Mafia of Cooks and claimed that the children were on their territory. Fending them off, the gang decided to investigate the crooks. Sneakily following them to their base, their leader unveiled something called a Time Piece. They intended to use it to travel to Ancient Rome, steal some of its treasures, and then return to the present and get rich. Knowing how dangerous time travel would be, the Mystery Kids stole the Time Piece from the Mafia of Cooks, foiling their current plans. With the new group properly establishing themselves, Neil returned to Gravity Falls.
