Royal Woods is a city in Woodland County state of Michigan. Located south of Saginaw Bay it is a suburb of Detroit and the hometown of the Loud Family.

Royal Woods is almost like any suburban city in the United States, and is actually considered to be one of the safest cities in America due to having a very low crime rate.
According to Lisa, the city has a total area of 11.79 square miles (30.54 km2), all land. The Louds live on 1216 Franklin Avenue of Royal Woods.
It is shown that the Holiday Worlds reside within a forest in the outskirts of the Louds' neighborhood. The Holiday Worlds themselves can only be accessed by the Holiday Doors where the Louds first discovered them during Halloween and were pulled into the realm of Halloween Town itself.
